Every Monday at 7:30pm (EST), a webinar will be conducted, covering lessons in mental conditioning, content building and building confidence in yourself.
1-on-1 sessions will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. (Dates are to be arranged by facilitator.)
Each session will last 30 minutes unless extended by Kelsey Maynor. The times available are between 7:00pm & 9:00pm (EST) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
1-on-1 clients will have the option of Zoom, FaceTime, or any video platform preferred.
All group sessions will be on Fridays at 7:30pm (eastern)
All Group sessions will all be done via video conference call utilizing Zoom.
Participants will be able to get positive feedback on their speaking progress, as well as hear from guest speakers, as they divulge tips that get results.
