1-on-1 sessions will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. You will be able to choose one of the two days.
Each session will last 30 minutes unless extended by Kelsey Maynor. The times available are between 4:00pm-7:00pm (eastern) on Tuesday and 4:00pm-9:00pm (eastern) on Thursday.
1-on-1 clients will have the option of Skype, FaceTime, or any video platform preferred.
All group sessions will be on Tuesdays at 7:30pm (eastern)
All Group sessions will all be done via video conference call.
If the video platform is not the preferred option, sessions are also available via phone.
